বৈশ্বিক অস্ত্র বানিজ্যের বর্তমান পরিস্থিতি এবং বাস্তবতা! দক্ষিণ চীন সাগরের মালিকানা নিয়ে সামরিক উত্তেজনা, ভারত ও পাকিস্তানের মধ্যে চলমান সীমান্ত সংঘর্ষ এবং সর্বপরি মধ্যপ্রাচ্যে চরম অস্থিতিশীল এবং ভয়াবহ যুদ্ধ পরিস্থিতিকে কেন্দ্র করে সারা বিশ্বব্যাপী ২০১৯ সালে সারা বছর ব্যাপী আনুমানিক ১২৩ বিলিয়ন ডলারের সমপরিমাণ অর্থের প্রাণঘাতী অস্ত্র এবং সামরিক সাজ সরঞ্জামের ব্যাপক বানিজ্য হয়েছে। যদিও বৈশ্বিক পর্যায়ের স্টোকহোম বেসড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল পীস রিসার্চ ইনিস্টিউট, ডিফেন্স জেন্স রিপোর্ট, গ্লোবাল ফায়ার পাওয়ার, বিজনেস ইনসাইডারসহ একাধিক ডিফেন্স থিংক ট্যাংকের তথ্যমতে, ২০১৯ সালে সারা বিশ্বে ৮০ বিলিয়ন ডলারের কাছাকাছি অস্ত্র বানিজ্য হয়েছে দেখানো হয়। তবে এ তথ্য উপাত্ত কিন্তু বাস্তবতার সাথে মোটেও সামাঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ নয় বলেই প্রতিয়মান হয়। আর এই বিশাল অস্ত্র বাণিজ্যের মোট ৩৮% থেকে ৪৫% পর্যন্ত মূল ক্রেতা ছিল মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের বাদশা ও আমির শাসিত আরব দেশগুলো। তাছাড়া পাকিস্তান ও চীনের সাথে চরম বৈরি সম্পর্ক এবং বিবাদের জেরে ভারতকে প্রতি বছর জাতীয় নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা নিশ্চিত করার স্বার্থে বিপুল পরিমাণ ও মূল্যের যুদ্ধ

মার্কিন কেন্দ্রীয় কমান্ড সেন্টারের প্রকাশিত এক তথ্যমতে, আফগানিস্তানে তালেবান বিরোধী লড়াইয়ের অংশ হিসেবে মার্কিন বোম্বার, কমব্যাট ড্রোন এবং ফাইটার জেটগুলো ২০১৯ সালের জানুয়রি থেকে ডিসেম্বর পর্যন্ত আফগানিস্তানে রেকর্ড পরিমাণ ৭,৪২৩ টি হাই এক্সুসিভ বোম্বস আকাশ থেকে ফেলেছিল। অথচ এই বিমান হামলায় অধিকাংশ ক্ষেত্রেই আফগানিস্তানের সাধারণ এবং নিরহ মানুষ মারাত্বকভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ এবং হতাহত হয়। আর ২০০৯ সালে প্রাক্তন মার্কিন প্রেসিডেন্ট বারাক ওবামা আফগানিস্তানে তালেবান জঙ্গিগোষ্ঠি নির্মুলে এর  লক্ষ সেনা মোতায়েন করে এবং এ পর্যন্ত এই যুদ্ধে জড়িয়ে প্রায় ৫০ বিলিয়ন ডলারের কাছাকাছি ব্যয় করে গেলেও সফলতা প্রাপ্তির হার খুবই নগন্যই বলা চলে। তাছাড়া সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে ২৮শে জানুয়ারি ২০২০ এ কাবুলের দক্ষিণ-পশ্চিমে প্রায় ১২০ কিলোমিটার দক্ষিণে গজনি প্রদেশের দেহ ইয়াক জেলায় একটি মার্কিন বোম্বার্ডিয়ার ই-১১এ বিমান ক্রাস করলে আফগান তালেবানরা তা গুলি করে বিধ্বস্ত করার দায় স্বীকার করেছে।

Russia has recently unveiled new technology based 5P-42 Filin (eagle-owl) non-lethal weapons. Actually, Russia has designed such this 4P-12 Filin non-lethal weapon to temporarily blind or distract the enemy by creating intense flashing of light without the use of bullets or explosive devices on the battlefield. The new weapon has already been installed experimentally on several Russian warships. The enemy troops can be temporarily blinded and they lose the ability to use thei r weapons. Moreover, the enemy troops will be visually impaired and in this case they will start seeing unreal objects. On the other hand, the enemy will begin to suffer of nausea. As a global top third country, the red Giant China has recently succeeded to test her indigenously built Xingkang-2 (Starry Sky-2) hyper-sonic missile besides USA and Russia, which had more than ten times speed of sound. In fact, hyper-sonic speed based missile is highly capable of running at 3 to 7 times more faster than conventional missiles. When the normal speed of the sound is 1,235 km per hour and this speed is assumed to be a Mach. So it is very difficult to intercept by any air defense system in the world which is currently activated. On the other hand, Chinese built Xingkang-2 hyper-sonic missile can fly by using its own sound wave at up to 30 Kilometers altitude at the height of the Earth's atmosphere with a high 5.50 to 6.00 Mach speed. So it's another name is the wave-rider. However, according to China, the speed of the Xingkang-2 (Starry Sky-2) hyper-sonic missile during the test was 6,790 to 7,344 kilometers per hour or 5.498 to 5.947 Mach speed. মার
