চীনের সামরিক ওয়েবসাইটের তথ্যমতে পাকিস্তান ইতোমধ্যেই চীনের সাথে ৫.০০ বিলিয়ন ডলার মূল্যের আটটি টাইপ ০৩৯এ/০৪১ ইয়ুয়ান-ক্লাস ডিজেল ইলেক্ট্রিক এট্যাক সাবমেরিন (এসএসকে) ক্রয়ের চুক্তি সম্পন্ন করেছে। আর খুব সম্ভবত এটি চীনের সাথে পাকিস্তানের এ যাবৎকালের সবচেয়ে বড় সামরিক চুক্তি বলে মনে করা হচ্ছে। মুলত চীন ২০২৩ সালের দিকে প্রথম ৪টি ০৩৯এ ইয়ুয়ান-ক্লাস এট্যাক সাবমেরিন সরবরাহ করবে এবং অবশিষ্ট্য ৪টি সাবমেরিন ২০২৮ সালের শেষের দিকে পাকিস্তান হাতে পেতে পারে। এছাড়া চুক্তি অনুযায়ী ০৩৯এ/০৪১ ইয়ুয়ান -ক্লাস ডিজেল ইলেক্ট্রিক এট্যাক সাবমেরিন (এসএসকে) এর ৪টি সাবমেরিন তৈরি করা হবে পাকিস্তানের করাচি শীপ ইয়ার্ড এন্ড ইনঞ্জিয়ারিং ওয়ার্কস (কেএসইডাব্লিউ)তে এবং বাকি ৪টি তৈরি হবে চীনের চায়না শিপ বিল্ডিং ট্রেডিং কোম্পানি (সিএসটিসি) এর শিপ ইয়ার্ডে। খুব সম্ভবত চীন পাকিস্তানকে ০৩৯এ/০৪১ ইয়ুয়ান-ক্লাস এট্যাক সাবমেরিন প্রজেক্ট বাস্তবায়নে স্বল্প সুদে দীর্ঘ মেয়াদী ৩.০০ বিলিয়ন ডলার পর্যন্ত ঋন সহায়তা অনুমোদন করতে পারে। মুলত চীনের তৈরি ৩৬০০ টনের টাইপ ০৩৯এ/০৪১ ইয়ুয়ান-ক্লাস ডিজেল ইলেক্ট্রিক এট্যাক সাবমেরিন (এসএসকে) এর
